Indo MIM IPO opens, raises ₹1,141 cr from anchors

The Indo MIM IPO opened for public subscription on Thursday after the company raised ₹1,141 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue. The anchor book attracted several domestic and global institutional investors, reflecting strong confidence in the precision engineering company’s growth prospects.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. Indo MIM plans to use the proceeds to expand manufacturing capacity, reduce debt and support general corporate purposes.

Market analysts believe robust anchor participation could generate healthy investor interest during the public subscription period and strengthen the IPO’s overall demand.
